Interested in earning some extra cash?

Please contact us if you come across a "for sale by owner" or "for rent" sign, or if you find a house that is vacant. We are interested in the address, the phone number on the signs and any other information available. We will contact the seller/owner of the property and will make an offer to buy their home.

If we end up buying the property, we will give you a $500 referral fee.

If we do not buy the property, we will put your name in our end-of-year draw for gift certificates.

We also have flyers, business cards, display signs, bumper stickers, magnetic car signs and stickers available to advertise our services and would pay the same referral fee if you are willing to had these out/display them. We can personalize the materials for you when requested. Also direct links from your website to ours would be possible. You will need to contact our company first for permission as we need to review your website for contents.

In the event that we receive multiple referrals for the same property, we will split the referral fee.
