Thank you for your interest in our Rent to Own Program. Please fill out the information requested below in order to be considered for the program. We have multiple properties available and will contact you any time a property comes available that meet your criteria.

Our Criteria are as follows:
* 3-5% non-refundable option consideration - depending on credit score
this may be in the form of cash or equity in another property / item of value
* monthly payment no more than 25-33% of monthly income
* both option payment and monthly payment can be adjusted by increasing the monthly payment or the down payment - please call for details
* immediate disqualification if fraudulent information is given in application

We only work with people who are motivated to improve their circumstances and truly want to live in their own home. Open communication is essential.

If you do not yet qualify for our program, we will provide you with information regarding credit improvement and financial planning and how to work towards qualification for the program.
